- Choose your window. Same time every day (e.g. first 90 minutes of work).
- Block distractions. Use a site or app blocker so your usual triggers are off during that window.
- One outcome. Each morning (or the night before), write the single thing you want done by the end of the block.
Success Looks Like
You finish the block without checking email or social. You either complete the outcome or have a clear next step. You repeat the same block the next day. Five days in a row.
